Misses' Dress: New Look 6491

So, I'm finally sharing this shirt I made last year during my deployment to Europe. It was one of first things I started, but one of the last things I finished.
Using New Look 6491, I started out making a dress. Something about the colorful fabric and style of dress hasn't sitting right in my spirit. So after much personal deliberation and lots of curse words, I decided on making this on into a shirt.
The Dets
Pattern used was New Look 6491. The fabric was purchased in London at a store the only sold Ankara fabrics. I bought six yards for 10£ , which is is equivalent to about $12 U.S. dollars.
The Fit
I cut a size 10. Making minimal adjustments around the bust to get a more secure fit since it's almost impossible to wear a bra.
The 411
The pattern is rated Average.
There are about 5 pattern pieces for the dress, depending on how many tiers you plan to make.
The pattern was easy to follow. I only had one issue with the fitting.
